We are looking for a Digitalisation Director to take us forward on our digitalization journey and lead the digital transformation in our Division. The mission of you and your team is to help Packaging Solutions units in identifying, implementing and scaling up digital solutions in operations, end-to-end supply chain, customer engagement and controlling. You will cooperate tightly with the business, guiding them in their digital journey by offering expertise in digitalisation from technology standpoint, bringing in ideas and external inspiration, as well as by managing the digitalisation project portfolio.
We will not start digital initiatives for the sake of technology, but are keen on seeing the benefits they can bring to our business. Hence it all starts from the business case and potential behind each initiative will determine the priorities of the team. But we are ready to explore and experiment as we know that sometimes the craziest idea is the best one!
Your main responsibilities in this position will be to
Drive the execution of our divisional digitalisation strategy and roadmap in close cooperation with the business process owners, ensuring business benefit realisation
Identify, challenge and evaluate together with process owners potential digital innovations for business value
Manage digital transformation projects within the division together with digitalisation team and business
Lead the digital transformation journey and communicate actively on digitalisation opportunities, projects and technologies throughout the organisation – we are hungry for more in this area
Inspire and motivate the Packaging Solutions digitalisation team, as well as your network in units and functions

Interest and expertise in digital technologies such as AI, Apps and data analytics
Strong business acumen and understanding how digital solutions can enable and enhance business processes, and create new business models
Analytical mind-set and hunger for conceptual thinking
Consultative approach when communicating the benefits of digitalization
Proven ability to impact and lead change across different levels within the organisation
Solid experience in project management
Willingness to travel
