We are searching for a Support Engineer in Helsinki region.
As a Support Engineer, you will report to the Support Manager. Your main tasks are: solving tickets in Puzzel’s ticketing system; work as an advisor on Puzzel related products; participate in system training and assist with the education of other technicians; keep abreast and have technical knowledge of Puzzel and its products; categorise, prioritize and correspond requests from customers while obeying the firm´s quality and safety system.
Programming knowledge, SQL, XML, Microsoft AD and Exchange, experience with Verint products, Technical Support experience, good written and oral communication skills in Finnish and English. Engineer or similar technical education.
You are eager to learn new things with a proactive and assertive attitude. You are result oriented with the capability of strategic thinking, which is why you are able to complete tasks systematically, structurally and accurately. You are a person who is reliable, flexible and committed.
